We’re looking for a results-driven and inspiring Key Account Manager to lead our commercial activities across Belgium and The Netherlands
As Key Account Manager, you will
- Define and execute the commercial sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Strengthen relationships with key clients & ticket resellers (retail)
- Negotiate key commercial agreements and partnerships, ensuring long-term profitability and growth.
- Use data and insights to steer performance, forecast results, and optimize commercial decisions.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Operations, and Finance to deliver integrated business performance.
- Support in the set-up and closure of key business opportunities together with the Partnership and Webshop coordinator.
- Travel regularly to our SnowWorld locations across the region to maintain strong local engagement and customer relationships.
- Report directly to the Head of Sales BENEFRA and play an active role in the Commercial Team.
Desired experience
- At least 3 years of proven sales experience, including leadership responsibility.
- A strong track record in driving revenue growth — ideally within leisure, hospitality, tourism, or sports.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to close commercial deals effectively.
- Strategic thinking paired with a hands-on, results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English
