Internship Opportunity with the Global Mobility Team – Be part of progress

Introduction

We are seeking an intern to support the Global Mobility team. ASML is a leading company in matters of international global mobility, making this a great opportunity to learn how an international organization arranges its internal processes and ensures compliance in the area of global mobility.

Your assignment

This administrative internship offers you the chance to support the Global Mobility team with daily tasks and projects. During the internship, you will gain valuable immigration knowledge and potentially insights into social security and international tax. You will primarily prepare documents and letters required by ASML employees to obtain work permits or entry visas. The Global Mobility team is located in the Netherlands, Taiwan, Korea, and the US, providing you with the opportunity to work in a diverse and dynamic environment with a global scope. The internship is based in the Netherlands.

Key deliverables include:

  • Supporting the Global Mobility team in projects
  • Preparing documents and letters
  • (Learning to) provide advice to employees
  • Assisting in a range of projects together with experienced colleagues
  • Acting as the first point of contact for employees regarding Global Mobility

This internship is intended for bachelor students. The duration is a minimum of 6 months, with an availability of at least 4 days per week (including 3 days on-site).

Your profile

To be a perfect match for this internship, you:

  • Have a background in Business Administration, International Business, or a related study
  • Preferably have administrative experience
  • Are a team player, proactive, and a creative thinker
  • Are structured and have a sharp eye for process improvements
  • Are fluent in English, written and spoken

Other requirements you need to meet:

  • You are enrolled at an educational institute for the entire duration of the internship
  • Attach your cover letter with a clear motivation why you are interested in this internship assignment in particular
  • You need to be located in the Netherlands to perform your internship. In case you are currently living/studying outside of the Netherlands, your CV/motivation letter should include your willingness to relocate
  • If you are a non-EU citizen studying in the Netherlands, your university must be willing to sign the documents relevant for doing an internship (i.e., Nuffic agreement)
