What will you be doing?

As an International Licensing Intern, you'll play a key supporting role in the International Licensing team. You’ll help coordinate the delivery and management of releases internationally, assist with communication across departments and external label partners, and ensure the smooth flow of assets, information, and timelines.   • Supporting the upload and delivery of licensed tracks to external partners;
  • Providing creative input on marketing campaigns and international rollouts of our releases;
  • Assisting with internal coordination between departments such as A&R, Marketing, and Catalog;
  • Coordinating weekly release pitches to external label partners;
  • Keeping release schedules and trackers up to date;
  • Maintaining contact sheets, asset folders, and project documentation;
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as updating partner reports, inputting release data, and filing license contracts;
  • Helping prepare presentations, meeting notes, and follow-ups for licensing projects;
  • Supporting the monitoring and coordination of release timelines across international markets.

You are...

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s degree in Music, Media, Communications, Business or a related field;
  • Highly organized, with a sharp attention to detail and a proactive attitude;
  • A great communicator who enjoys working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment;
  • Passionate about electronic dance music and eager to learn about the global music industry;
  • Comfortable with administrative tasks and planning responsibilities;
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); Dutch is a plus;
  • Enrolled in a Dutch university for the whole internship duration;
  • Living in Amsterdam.

What do we offer?

  • A behind-the-scenes look at international music release processes;
  • Competitive internship compensation;
  • Daily fresh lunch;
  • A creative, supportive work environment within one of the world’s top dance music labels;
  • Opportunities to network and collaborate with professionals across multiple global offices;
  • First-hand experience in international licensing operations.
