Overview Of Your Responsibilities

• Supporting the purchasing team in conducting market research to better understand the situation, prices, and potential suppliers
• Monitoring market and price trends to inform future strategy
• Assisting with data analysis and reporting (trends, costs, vendor performances, benchmarking)
• Supporting the team in cost-optimizing and effectiveness-improving projects
• Assisting in the supplier qualification process
• Supporting the P2P (Procure-to-pay) process
• Managing and updating data related to processes in the SAP system

Who Are We Looking For

• An English-speaking, motivated student ready to embark on a journey of discovery
• Someone excited to work in a fast-changing international environment with people from diverse cultures and backgrounds
• Interest in purchasing department processes
• Excellent communication skills, able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Strong ability to meet deadlines and adapt to a dynamic environment where priorities can change quickly
• Open-minded and easy-going attitude
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel; knowledge of Power Query and Power BI is a plus
