The Quality Assurance Engineer is a member of the Customer Support Services team, responsible for sustaining Enablon customers. This role provides post-deployment services to enterprise-wide Enablon software solutions for small and large companies. Enablon is an extremely broad platform with a proprietary programming language, more than a hundred modules, and is highly configurable, making each customer solution unique.
You will be directly responsible for the qualification and tracking of client requests, and most importantly, providing solutions (expertise, configuration, development, etc.) within the expected response time applicable to the client. You may also provide additional support services such as product refreshers and coaching. Some requests are quick wins (configuration/coding on the spot with customers or coaching workshops), but many are mini agile implementation projects, lasting a few weeks to over a month. You will report to the Associate Director, Technical Customer Service, and work under the leadership of the Director, Customer Success, CP & ESG Enablon.

The Team
Collaboration is at the core of what we do—you will form a team with other Implementation Consultants, QA Engineers, Business Analysts, Project Managers, and other cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that make a real impact. At our office in Alphen aan den Rijn, you will work twice a week with your core team of 5 to 6 people coming from all parts of the world.
