YOUR TASKS
- Supporting the maintenance and continuous improvement of a Quality Management System (QMS) that meets both internal and external requirements.
- Analyzing data from the QMS to help identify gaps and opportunities for improvement in operational processes.
- Contributing to the development and practical implementation of quality procedures, policies and working instructions that enhance performance and compliance.
- Supporting the implementation of quality improvements and contributing to (international) quality-related projects as part of a collaborative team.
- Ensuring that internal systems and documents (e.g. SOPs, quality policies, risk analyses) are properly prepared, reviewed and updated to meet certification and compliance standards such as GDP, ISO 9001:2015 and BIO SKAL.
- Helping to maintain and improve the Document Management System, ensuring controlled documents are up to date and accessible.
- Participating in temperature monitoring and related controls to safeguard product quality during storage and transport.
- Engaging in cross-functional collaboration to support quality across departments and to foster continuous improvement.
YOUR PROFILE
- You have an academic background in science, health, or nutrition – or a comparable field with an affinity for quality-related topics.
- Experience with quality-related tasks or projects in terms of Good Distribution Practice (GDP) and ISO9001:2015 and a high motivation and willingness to grow in the role.
- You work accurately, take ownership of your tasks, and enjoy collaborating with others to uphold and improve quality standards.
- You have a proactive attitude and are comfortable adapting to new developments and changes.
- You understand the importance of customer expectations and are quality-minded in everything you do.
