Data Entry & Market Research Intern

About The Position

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented interns to join our sales team and support the management and enhancement of our CRM data in Dynamics 365 Sales. This internship provides hands-on experience in data entry, market research, company group mapping, industry analysis, and data validation to ensure our sales development specialists have accurate, actionable information. Your Skills

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program related to Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and data entry processes.
• Basic understanding of company organizational structures.
• Good research skills, comfortable using online business information sources.
• Ability to analyze data and extract useful market or industry insights.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable with deadlines and managing multiple tasks.

Your Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and update information in Dynamics 365 Sales, ensuring data completeness and standardization.
• Conduct market research to evaluate companies’ relevance and potential fit for business opportunities.
• Assign appropriate industry classifications and gather high-level industry insights for companies.
• Prepare regular updates on progress and completed tasks.
• Validate data by cross-checking information from various sources
• Identify and report data inconsistencies, duplicates, or gaps for correction.
• Collaborate with Sales Development Specialists to clarify ambiguous CRM details.
• Maintain clear and detailed notes on data entry and research activities.
• Participate in reviews and implement feedback promptly.
• Suggest improvements for data processes and research workflows.
