About The Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage the operational and admin related HR tasks in the Market such as providing support to HRBPs across HR processes such as onboarding, induction, and assisting managers as needed.
  • Support HRBP in HR related activities such as preparation for works council, coordination and scheduling of trainings, preparing for townhalls, etc.
  • Provide guidance to employees and managers on self-service transactions and navigating the HR portal.
  • Provide 1st line of support to the HRSS teams for market specific queries and translating any documents as needed.
  • Handle activities which cannot be delivered by Global / Regional HRSS due to LFR concerns, such as preparing compliance-focused documentation/reporting to support the HRBP and contracts for new joiners.
  • Manage ad-hoc site activities which cannot be delivered remotely, such as employee engagement and Local Regulation Management.
  • Understand and be able to communicate HR policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Sickness Management – liaise with ARBO, employees, and managers.
  • Conduct biweekly data audits, review actions, and close changes to ensure data accuracy.
  • Interact with other subject matter experts (e.g., BHR, CoE, factory HR) and internal teams (e.g., solutions team) to identify the best solutions for employee queries.
  • Onboard new members in roles within HR to provide orientation to HRBPs.
  • Conduct mandatory governmental surveys.

The experience we're looking for

  • Solid background in HR analytics within a corporate setting, with a knack for presenting complex data sets clearly.
  • Comfortable with a variety of analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, coupled with precise analytical skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills – you're as good with people as you are with numbers.
  • A thorough understanding of HR processes and principles, ready to tackle new challenges head-on.
  • Proven track record working independently and as an integral part of a dynamic team.
