Join Mammoet as a Senior HR Advisor, where you'll act both as a strategic Business Partner, helping to shape people and business priorities, as well as being hands-on in supporting a manager with practical solutions and implementing People and HR initiatives that strengthen our business as a world-leading heavy lifting and transport company.

We’re looking for a new colleague to join our team, as one of the team members will take on an exciting new role within the HR organization as of January 2026.

What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will balance being hands-on with acting as a trusted advisor on people priorities. You serve as the bridge between policy and day-to-day reality by:

• Fostering a culture where people feel welcome, learn, and perform together.
• Providing day-to-day advice across the full employee lifecycle.
• Advising leadership across multiple functions (IT, Finance, Safety, HR, Legal, Marketing) to align people and business priorities in sourcing, organizational design, performance, development, rewards, and change.
• Driving end-to-end implementation of HR and organizational development initiatives.
• Ensuring HR policies are applied consistently through line management.
• Managing and resolving employee relations cases in line with legislation and best practices.
• Collaborating with HR teams internationally, primarily in the Netherlands, across HR Advice, Recruitment, HR Support, Learning & Development, Global Mobility, and Tax.

What You’ll Need

• At least 10 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably in an international head-office environment, including a minimum of 6 years in a generalist HR role.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven expertise in change management and organizational development.
• Strong analytical and conceptual abilities: able to see the big picture, recognize interdependencies, and translate insights into clear advice and practical solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Collaborative team player who can switch between acting as a strategic advisor and taking a hands-on approach.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (spoken and written) is required.
