3 reasons to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist:

  1. Be part of a fast‑growing fintech squad.
  2. Work together with some of Europe’s largest marketplaces.
  3. A place where you get space to innovate customer support.

We have grown into one of Europe’s fastest‑scaling fintechs with our payment solutions. In 2016 we were just 5 people and a dog. Now we are 100 strong across offices in Delft, Berlin and London. Recently, we became part of the Worldline family, which means even more opportunity to support marketplaces globally. To realize our ambitions, we need you to strengthen our support team as a Customer Support Specialist.

Become the lifeline for millions of sellers
If you’ve ever used platforms like Marktplaats, Natuurhuisje or Kleinanzeigen, you’ve already met us. Our technology doesn’t just process payments — it enables marketplaces to accept, hold, and release funds. As an experienced Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for smoothly solving complex problems and improving our service processes. This includes handling day‑to‑day tickets and calls about critical transactions (for instance on Marktplaats, one of our largest clients), as well as thinking strategically about how we can innovate and optimize our customer support. You work autonomously, take initiative, and act as a sparring partner to our tech team to embed structural improvements into our products. Your proven track record of experience and insights will contribute to the further professionalization of our customer support team!

Your track record shows:

  • You have completed a Bachelor’s or University degree (or have relevant experience).
  • You have at least 2 years of customer service experience, with demonstrable experience using ticket systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • You are communicatively strong and able to convey complex issues clearly and professionally.
  • You are fluent in German and English/ Dutch, both written and spoken.
  • You have a proactive interest in technological innovations in customer support, such as AI‑driven chatbot integrations, and can contribute to implementing and optimizing such solutions.

How We Invest in You

A company is only as strong as the people who help build it. If you bring the expertise and a customer‑oriented mindset, we’ll make sure you get everything needed to excel. We offer you:

  • A solid base salary, 13th month, and an NS Business Card.
  • 8% on top of your monthly salary as a pension scheme contribution.
  • A 7‑month employment contract (with 1 month probation) with the possibility of extension — we aim for long‑term collaboration!
  • 24 paid vacation days and 2 additional diversity days.
  • Office lunches, regular (virtual) socials, and home office gear.
  • Hybrid working: flexible working hours and locations.
  • An attractive bike plan: if you work 24 hours or more, you can join immediately and benefit.
