About the job

Stuck in meetings and endless processes, but ready to change the game? At Holland Colours, you get the freedom to run your own market and build best-in-class solutions for circular PET packaging. We are a service provider, offering complete additive packages that accelerate circularity. As Senior Sales Manager Packaging for the DACH region, you will help us to become a top player in the circular PET packaging market.

Your challenge

The Packaging market is changing rapidly. Sustainability, recycling and circularity are no longer optional; they are business critical. As Senior Sales Manager Packaging for the DACH region, you will be at the frontline of this transformation.

On the one hand, converters and brand owners are under constant pressure to deliver more sustainable solutions. On the other hand, recyclers face technical challenges to keep material quality high. This creates strong demand for additives that improve performance, stability and mechanical properties of recycled PET. As Senior Sales Manager Packaging, you work with well-known converters, at the same time, you build relationships with recyclers and brand owners in your region on sustainability ambitions. Crucially, you collaborate with NGOs and stewardship experts to validate our products, giving customers confidence that our innovations deliver the necessary requirements from converters, brand owners and recyclers.

Holland Colours is uniquely positioned to provide complete additive solutions that solve real industry pain points. You will present products such as:

  • TintMask – improving aesthetics and enabling the use of more recycled PET without visible compromise
  • CircStab – stabilizer that enhances the lifetime and performance of recycled materials
  • ViscoBoost – boosting viscosity to ensure rPET maintains the processing properties needed for converters
  • ReWhite – restoring brightness and appearance in recycled streams

What will you be doing?

As Senior Sales Manager Packaging DACH at Holland Colours, you blend technical curiosity with commercial drive. Your instinct is to open doors: you research, target and engage fresh prospects daily, never afraid of cold calling or knocking on doors. Here’s what will keep you busy:

  • You identify and win new business with converters, recyclers and brand owners;
  • You promote additive solutions (TintMask, CircStab, ViscoBoost, ReWhite) that tackle core recycling, sustainability and circularity challenges;
  • You launch technical inquiries, coordinate lab matches and chase sample feedback so no color test stalls in the pipeline;
  • You prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and secure orders;
  • You manage and track every opportunity in the CRM, maintaining a transparent, multi-million-euro funnel;
  • You collaborate daily with Business Developers, Product Market Managers, Technical Sales Support and Inside Sales to ensure fast turnaround on samples, logistics and customer questions.

The Team

Working within the broader EMEIA sales team of 40, you collaborate with both commercial and technical colleagues, reporting directly to the Sales Leader Packaging. On a global level 15 colleagues focus on the packaging business, 7 of them in Europe. Our compact structure makes room for speed, short communication lines and visible impact.

You team up with the Business Development Manager to open doors, and the Product Marketing Manager to sharpen positioning and product stories. And to keep things efficient, each Sales Manager is paired with a dedicated Customer Service Representative. While you lead the commercial relationship, the CSR handles the operational flow: processing orders, tracking production timelines, and communicating updates.

Even while working remotely, no one operates on an island. There are weekly team meetings and virtual roundtables to discuss challenges and share insights. The culture? Transparent and collaborative, built on trust, not titles. We may be publicly listed, but our culture is anything but corporate. We value open dialogue and collaboration across all levels. If you bring initiative and forward-thinking ideas, you’ll find autonomy and support waiting for you.
