This position will provide you with: the fundamentals for a successful career in Finance and Accounting, expertise in processes and systems for all lines of business, capability to monitor metrics and develop reporting tools, and subject matter knowledge on accounts receivable.

The role

As an Accounts Receivable Intern, you will be working on cash application, reporting interfaces, direct debit runs, client contact, strategic projects, process improvement, and more. As an active member of the team, we also expect you to provide critical feedback on tasks and processes.

What You Will Need to Succeed

We are looking for a student who:

  • Is good with numbers, possesses sound communication skills, and the ability to multitask
  • Pursues Finance, Accounting, or related studies
  • Is fluent in English, as we work in an international environment. Any other foreign language is an advantage
  • Is organized and open to feedback, which will help in daily activities
  • Is eager to learn, proactive, and a multitasker
  • Is knowledgeable of different Microsoft software programs, such as Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as these tools are extensively used

  • We aim for a start by January or February 2026, with a minimum stay of 6 months
  • Our office is located in Hoofddorp, next to the train station (25 minutes from Amsterdam by train). This is a hybrid position with a requirement to work at the office 2 times a week and the remaining days remote
