This role leverages expertise in direct messaging channels, such as email and push notifications, to manage end-to-end campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and optimize strategies to enhance customer lifetime value. Technical skills such as SQL proficiency are critical to onboard quickly and be independent in campaign creation and data analysis using our internal tools. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, tech, and data teams as well as external stakeholders, to develop and manage quarterly and annual messaging campaign plans, ensuring consistency and alignment with business goals.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and analytical data from all messaging channels to identify trends, recommend optimizations, and ensure maximum campaign effectiveness.
  • Create and implement strategic messaging plans for specific customer segments, such as new, active, and lapsed users, to increase customer conversion and engagement.
  • Manage the experimentation process from planning and development to scaling, generating actionable insights for future campaigns.
  • Establish and report on key performance metrics for all campaigns and communications to track progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Partner with product, UX, and data science teams to identify and surface opportunities for initiatives that drive business results and secure buy-in from key stakeholders.
  • Research and implement emerging marketing technologies, including AI tools and automation platforms, to improve operational efficiencies and enhance the effectiveness of messaging strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven ability to develop and implement CRM strategies, including lifecycle management, segmentation, and targeting.
  • Skilled at managing multiple projects and activities simultaneously, with a strong focus on planning, organizing, and prioritization.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills to effectively lead multi-stakeholder projects and collaborate with diverse teams.
  • Proficiency with analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Tableau) to independently conduct data analysis and visualization. Must be able to write and optimize SQL queries.
  • Experience with A/B testing and post-campaign analysis, with a "test & learn" mentality to continually monitor and improve business performance.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into clear creative strategies and use data to identify and lead growth opportunities.
  • Familiarity with leveraging emerging technologies, such as AI tools, to improve efficiencies and campaign results.
