Join our People team to drive AI transformation, process excellence, and responsible innovation in HR. Collaborate with IT and external partners to design and implement AI and automation solutions, optimizing processes for efficiency and compliance.
What you'll do
- Lead AI Strategy: Develop and execute AI and automation strategies across HR function
- Process Optimization: Analyse and optimize existing processes across the People team.
- Evangelize Technology: Increase AI fluency within HR teams through demos and training. Ensure adoption of new processes and tools.
- Identify & Launch Use Cases: Collaborate with the People team to identify valuable AI and automation opportunities. Design and prototype innovative solutions.
- Drive Responsible Adoption: Ensure AI initiatives align with ethical guidelines and global standards. Develop guidelines for ethical technology use.
- Optimize Process Effectiveness: Use data insights to enhance processes. Monitor and evaluate the impact on employee engagement and efficiency.
- Act as a Strategic Connector: Facilitate collaboration between internal IT teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
- UX standards advocacy: Be the People team’s voice for UX quality across HR solutions.
What you'll need
- 5+ years in (HR) tech, process optimization, and/or AI enablement
- Deep understanding of (HR) systems and processes
- Proven track record with AI-powered solutions and automation projects
- Strong analytical and technical skills
- Experience with data analysis tools and AI concepts
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Familiarity with design thinking and product management methodologies
- Experience with people analytics and cross-functional partnerships
Nice to have
- Consulting experience in AI, (HR) transformation, or process optimization
- Exposure to low-code/no-code platforms and GPT-based applications
- Understanding of programming knowledge (Python, R) and experience with responsible AI principles
- Background in product management or HR process innovation
