Want to shape the future of innovation, sustainability, and supplier collaboration? As a Procurement Innovation Intern, you’ll do more than “support” — you’ll get hands-on experience exploring the next big technologies and turning ideas into real business impact.

You’ll join our Procurement team and work directly with the Supplier Innovation & Sustainability Manager, gaining exposure at the intersection of business, technology, and sustainability.

Your role:

  • Spot future-proof suppliers → Scout start-ups and established players driving innovation in technology, materials, and sustainability.
  • Shape innovation events → Help design and organize supplier challenges, prepare pitch decks, and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Turn ideas into impact → Analyze supplier proposals and help build solid business cases that influence real projects.
  • Collaborate across teams → Work with Procurement, R&D, and Business units to integrate innovations into products and processes.
  • Dive into strategic topics → Get involved in automation, AI-driven supplier scouting, and sustainability tracking.
  • Build your own agent → Experiment with creating an AI agent to manage a weekly innovation newsletter — from content curation to stakeholder updates.

What’s In It For You

  • Hands-on learning: See how a global company drives innovation with suppliers.
  • Build your network: Connect with Procurement, R&D, and external innovators.
  • Make an impact: Your ideas can influence projects, processes, and future products.
  • Develop skills that last: Innovation scouting, cross-functional collaboration, business case building, and sustainability know-how.

You're the right fit if:

  • Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Passionate about innovation, sustainability, and collaboration with external partners.
  • A strong communicator, organized, and proactive.
  • Analytical and curious, with a “can-do” mindset and eagerness to learn.
