Our international customers range from small start-ups to well-established industry leaders in the medical and other high-tech industries.

Your role:

  • Facilitate a portfolio of multi-site (agile) process development and industrialization projects across disciplines, managing dependencies and creating synergy to maximize collective impact on the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Execute critical, multi-domain innovation projects for the organization, providing clear strategic direction and ensuring alignment with diverse internal and external partners to drive the organization forward, working under limited supervision.
  • Prepare and implement complex, multi-disciplinary projects, ensuring alignment with agreed-upon specifications, timelines, budgets, staffing, and strategic realization of a single end-to-end process while managing significant changes impacting multiple businesses.
  • Develop a deep understanding and ability to consistently apply PMBok and SAFe methodologies, serving as a coach and resource while utilizing advanced planning techniques to ensure efficient project execution within timelines, budgets, and resource constraints.
  • Lead with a customer-centric mindset throughout the project lifecycle, exceeding expectations by actively incorporating customer feedback to ensure solutions effectively address identified needs.
  • Demonstrate strong project management methods, relevant organizational and end-to-end process knowledge, and experience managing projects, including professional knowledge of planning methods and estimation techniques (resources, time, and risk) specific to the Design discipline.
  • Identify and assess project risks and opportunities, developing robust mitigation strategies while fostering a culture of thoughtful risk-taking with escalation to senior management when necessary.
  • Utilize advanced analytical skills to address high complexity requests efficiently, applying conceptual thinking to develop innovative solutions and strategies.
  • Negotiate agreement on and achieve project goals and objectives, monitoring the business case during project execution with an outcome-oriented view, focusing on maximizing project benefits and business impact.

You're the right fit if:

  • You have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical domain (e.g., Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or Physics), with a broad technological interest and knowledge.
  • You are a naturally strong team leader, capable of bringing out the best in a team.
  • You are an excellent communicator and motivator, skilled in managing interpersonal and team dynamics at all levels.
  • You have a proven track record (over 5 years) in managing multi-disciplinary development projects, preferably including new product industrialization.
  • You are analytically strong, creative in finding effective solutions, driven, and have a can-do mentality combined with good business acumen; capable of understanding customer-specific business needs and aligning them with internal objectives.
