These insights are vital for proactive decision-making and ensuring alignment with top-line growth targets. This position is key to connecting long-term strategy with daily operational decisions, fostering a unified approach to achieving sustainable revenue growth across all Payments products. As a trusted business partner, you'll support our Payments leaders in making informed resource allocation decisions. The P&A domain reports directly to the CFO. This role offers the possibility to make a significant impact in the core domain of the business and provides large exposure to and learning from senior leaders at the company, working closely with Product and Commerce.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Collaborate with data science to implement machine learning models, enhancing budget accuracy and forecasting processes.
  • Act as a sparring partner to the Product Payments domain lead in decision-making and resource allocation.
  • Use technology and data visualisation tools to ensure reporting is timely and accurate without requiring extensive manual efforts
  • Provide a unified view of unit economics, driving structured business decisions.
  • Key deliverables include Payments Revenue Forecasting, insights and analysis of customer personas, product usage, and performance (with great presentation and visualisation), as well as OPEX (Budget) and Headcount planning for the payments domain.

What You'll Bring

  • 4+ years of experience within a high-growth technology company (fintech preferred), consulting, or banking.
  • An academic background in a quantitative or business field. Relevant backgrounds often include Consulting, FP&A, or Data Analysis.
  • Experience working with a range of tools and techniques around data modeling and visualization, specifically having worked with tools such as Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio.
  • You are at ease working with complex Excel or Google Sheets models and are comfortable taking ownership of building and maintaining one.
  • You are action-oriented by nature and consistently provide the "so what" in your analysis, steering the decision-making process.
  • You understand key commercial concepts and are able to tie your data insights to the business logic.
  • You are great at presenting complex insights in a simplified form, sharing recommendations with stakeholders of all levels.
