About the role:

As a Senior Product Manager, Wet&Dry at Versuni, you will represent the consumer throughout the entire End-to-End development project, including value proposition co-development with Marketing, specification settings, product development, and Life Cycle Management (LCM). Your primary responsibility is to ensure that the targeted consumer group is satisfied when using the product. After New Product Introduction (NPI), you will drive corrective actions to meet project targets related to consumer satisfaction. You will also contribute to reducing product portfolio complexity to meet Value Creation Plan (VCP) targets. Reporting directly to the Product Director, you will ensure that innovation projects align with strategic objectives and effectively manage cross-functional collaboration.

The impact you’ll make:

Key Responsibilities

  • Translate the Product Category Strategy (owned by the Marketing team) into product project specifications during the proposition development phase, supporting Marketing. Act as the product specialist for your portfolio by benchmarking competitors at similar price points and analyzing gaps to optimize product competitiveness.
  • Co-create the Product Value Proposition together with Marketing, consolidating inputs such as market opportunities, consumer insights, and claims into a consumer-centric, differentiating, and compelling value proposition.
  • Work with the Marketing team to consolidate the Business Case, evaluating sales impacts, ROI, and IGM%, and optimizing the product range mix, including the number of SKUs.
  • Team up with the Project Leader (responsible for the End-to-End project until launch plus 6-8 months) to represent the consumer throughout project development. Collaborate with PRC to design all testing to validate consumer satisfaction and acceptance.
  • Post-launch, gather market and consumer feedback (Ratings & Reviews, Consumer Care, Voice of Customer, etc.) with Quality post-market surveillance and the Marketing team to actively develop and drive action plans that will lead to overall consumer satisfaction.
  • During LCM, interact with the LCM team to create range improvements, extensions, and/or animations, work with the supply team to plan product end-of-life, and collaborate with DFX Project Leads to increase IGM%.

KPI's

  • On-time Delivery: Percentage of projects completed on schedule
  • Number of products launched meeting project business objectives (T.O. IGM%)
  • Quality/consumer satisfaction: Percentage of deliverables meeting standards, Ratings & Reviews
  • Stakeholder Feedback: Satisfaction with project management and Marketing
  • Team Efficiency: Effective resource use and process adherence

The skills and knowledge you’ll bring:

  • 7+ years in product management
  • Proven experience managing projects, budgets, timelines, and risks
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business or a related field, possibly engineering
  • Strong problem-solving and prioritization skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with and influence cross-functional teams

What we’ll give you in return:

  • Competitive base salary, benchmarked against global industry and market leaders (locally relevant)
  • Annual Incentive Program, a performance-based incentive program connected with a bonus
  • Hybrid working model, effectively combining working from the office and home, depending on team dynamics and personal needs
