Are you a business-savvy data specialist ready to transform billions of customer records into tangible business impact?

As a Lead Data Analyst in the Customer Intelligence team, you'll be at the heart of our Customer Engagement & Loyalty efforts, driving customer growth and retention. Your mission is to leverage our massive datasets on order behavior and customer touchpoints to activate customers, boost order frequencies, and prevent churn. You are the essential link, transforming raw data into actionable and strategic insights, robust models, and dynamic dashboards that directly influence business strategy.

You'll be part of a diverse and dynamic environment within a leading tech company, working with the newest technology, platforms, and tools. You won’t just analyze data - you will collaborate extensively across departments, helping to bring your insights to life. You will also be an active member of our extensive data community, which offers continuous engagement through meet-ups, training, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

These are some of the key components to the position:

Analyze & Model

  • Conduct advanced data analyses using Python and SQL to uncover customer-centric insights on a strategic level.
  • Support the evaluation of propositions and campaigns using controlled experiments and thorough statistical methodologies.

Collaborate & Influence

  • Translate your data-driven findings into persuasive presentations with recommendations for marketeers, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
  • Break siloes by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product, sales and local analytics teams.
  • Assist in promoting the use of customer data throughout the organization.

Innovate & Improve

  • Contribute to the development and improvement of our statistical models and analytical methodologies.
  • Unlock new data sources to enrich your analyses and enable the testing of new hypotheses.
  • Explore and implement the usage of new (AI) technologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of the team.

What will you bring to the team?

  • Proven experience in managing successful, insight-driven marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including TV, OOH, PR, social media, PPC, CRM, and in-app/web promotions.
  • Proven ability to develop multi-channel campaigns and creative brand platforms through TTL (Through The Line) marketing.
  • Strong collaboration and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to plan, prioritise, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail.
  • Focused on delivering results with the ability to execute quickly, adapt to change, and thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
  • Motivated and forward-thinking, strong multitasking abilities, and experience working in entrepreneurial or e-commerce/marketplace settings.
