Are you a strategic thinker with deep expertise in Compensation & Benefits? Capgemini is looking for a C&B that can lead and shape our reward strategy across the country. In this role, you’ll drive innovation, ensure alignment with global frameworks, and support the business in attracting, retaining, and motivating top talent through competitive and equitable reward programs.

Your job in a paragraph

As the C&B Lead, you are the strategic lead for all compensation and benefits activities within your assigned scope—whether that’s a country, region, or global business line. You’ll design and execute reward strategies aligned with Capgemini’s global philosophy, manage annual pay and bonus cycles, and lead initiatives around pay equity, benchmarking, and long-term incentives. You’ll collaborate closely with HR Directors, People Partners, and Finance to ensure reward programs are competitive, compliant, and aligned with business goals. With a strong focus on innovation and continuous improvement, you’ll also lead a team of compensation analysts and benefits specialists to deliver high-impact, data-driven solutions.

What we’re looking for

  • At least 5 years of industry-related experience including at least three years managing large, global teams required.
  • Experience collaborating with the Works Council on compensation and benefits topics.
  • Experience leading and managing people, including having direct reports and conducting performance evaluations
  • Experience and ability to work with cross-functional teams (Finance, Business HR, Business, Operations, IT
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or a related field
  • Fluency in both Dutch and English (spoken and written).
