Job Description
As a Lead Account Manager, you’ll work with some of our most valued customers, helping them grow with Freshworks while building long-term, trusted partnerships.
What you’ll do:
Engage, discover & drive results: Grow key accounts through upsell, cross-sell, and renewals, consistently surpassing revenue goals while delivering meaningful impact for customers.
Articulate Value: Build trust with executives by addressing critical challenges and positioning Freshworks as a partner that drives measurable business results.
Execute the Sales Process: Lead complex sales cycles end-to-end, securing strategic wins and fostering long-term partnerships.
Learn & collaborate: Champion collaboration across teams to uncover opportunities, strengthen retention, and expand customer success.
Hunt & Prospect: Build a strong, future-ready pipeline with accurate forecasting and consistent execution. Travel, as required, to connect in person, foster relationships, and represent Freshworks with purpose.
Qualifications
Strategic mindset: Curiosity, collaboration, adaptability; you’re open to learning and comfortable navigating change.
Consultative approach: Experience working with enterprise customers, including senior leaders, exceeding goals, with a focus on long-term value creation.
Strong communicator: You are a relationship builder, with great presentation skills. You listen deeply, ask thoughtful questions, and connect product capabilities to business needs.
Domain knowledge: Exposure to CRM, EX, CX, or ITSM solutions is a plus.
