We're looking for a proactive and organized Email Marketing Coordinator to lead the coordination and execution of our email marketing campaigns. In this role, you’ll act as the central hub between internal teams and external partners, turning stakeholder input into actionable plans and ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and aligned with business goals. You don't need to be a deep technical expert, but you should be comfortable around email marketing concepts and motivated to think beyond the inbox, considering how campaigns tie into broader customer engagement strategies.

You will:

  • Collect campaign ideas, briefs, and input from internal stakeholders and coordinate with external partners when needed (agencies, vendors, etc.)
  • Translate ideas into structured campaign plans, including clear timelines, deliverables, and ownership
  • Lead project planning and ensure alignment across Marketing, Development, and other teams
  • Check in with the dev team on technical requirements, timelines, and dependencies
  • Monitor campaign progress, flag issues early, and help remove blockers
  • Ensure campaigns go live smoothly, meet quality standards, and align with brand guidelines
  • Continuously look for ways to improve processes and elevate campaign impact

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project or campaign management, preferably in an email marketing or CRM environment
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects at once
  • Experience with email or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Copernica, Selligent, Mailchimp) is an advantage
  • A proactive mindset and a knack for thinking strategically
  • Comfortable managing timelines, dependencies, and making things happen
  • Affinity with data, tools, and working in cross-functional teams
