The Allianz Benelux Young Graduate Program offers a unique opportunity for driven graduates to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a dynamic, international environment. Over 18 months, you will rotate through three different departments, gaining exposure to various business domains and contributing to strategic initiatives. This program is designed for technical profiles with a Master's degree in Data, Actuarial Sciences, Econometrics, Business Administration, Technology, or an AI-related field.

Your Responsibilities

• Participate in rotations across different departments.
• Engage in data analysis, risk assessments, and customer improvement projects.
• Collaborate with colleagues to drive innovation and create impact from day one.
• Develop a deep understanding of Allianz's operations and strategic objectives.

Your Profile

You hold a Master's degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, econometrics, mathematics, actuarial sciences, or a background in business administration, economics, technology, or AI. Additional relevant experience (as student/intern) is a plus. You are detail-oriented, analytical, and possess programming skills (SAS, Python, etc.). You are a team player, customer-oriented, flexible, creative, and driven by passion. You communicate easily and speak fluent English, with a strong recommendation for proficiency in Dutch and/or French.
