Your impact
As Performance Marketeer, you’ll play a key role in accelerating Vandebron’s growth by managing and optimizing paid campaigns across multiple digital channels. You’ll work closely with colleagues in our Paid Media and Commerce teams to plan, execute, and continuously improve campaigns.
Depending on your background and interests, you’ll also get the opportunity to explore working with display channels such as Meta, YouTube, and TikTok. Together, you’ll ensure that every campaign contributes to measurable results, building awareness and driving conversions that support Vandebron’s mission: 100% green energy, 100% of the time.
This role offers a perfect blend of data-driven marketing and creative testing, giving you a strong foundation in one of the most in-demand skillsets in digital marketing.
In this role, you’ll be reporting directly to Cees Polak, Manager Growth.
What you’ll do
- Assist with the setup, management, and optimization of paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta);
- Support and/or provide input on search advertising activities including keyword research, ad copywriting, and bid optimization
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports with actionable insights
- Support A/B testing of ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Collaborate with creative, commerce and analytics teams to improve campaign performance
- Stay up to date with the latest digital advertising trends and platform updates.
What you bring
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Communications, or equivalent practical experience
- 2+ years of experience in performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta). Google Ads or Meta certifications are a nice to have;
- Bonus points if you have experience with display advertising (e.g. TikTok, YouTube)
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and campaign reporting
- Understanding of A/B testing, campaign optimization, and budget tracking
- Fluency in Dutch and strong English communication skills
- Analytical and detail-oriented mindset — able to turn data into clear insights
- Curious and eager to learn, with a proactive approach to exploring new tools and trends
- Strong communicator who collaborates easily across teams
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-changing digital environment

- Built confidence managing campaigns independently across Google Ads and Meta
- Translated data insights into actionable recommendations
- Grown your skillset and taken on more ownership within the performance team.
