JOB PURPOSE

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for the development and execution of People strategy for Customer Operations in Europe and in BNL. You will work with the rest of the Global HR teams to effectively drive the strategic projects in Talent, Culture, Capability and Organization pillars.

This role partners the Customer Operations Leader of Europe and the Customer Operations Leader of BNL and their teams. The role sits in the global CO HRLT and the HR Benelux community, reporting to the HR lead of Global Customer Operations. You will have a chance to co-create and own many impactful initiatives, build networks, and exponentially learn new things in line with your Future Fit Plan.

WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE?

  • Participate in business planning with the relevant leadership teams to ensure alignment of HR delivery with business goals. Establish objectives and shape/deliver HR strategy based on metrics that contribute to business strategy and priorities for Customer Operations Europe.
  • Business partner senior leaders, directors, and managers in business delivery by enhancing their capability to deliver the Organizational Transformation objectives, manage their people, implement change, and build relations with key stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Lead complex change and transformation programs in alignment with business strategy. Maintain an external perspective, anticipate people’s trends, and translate them into strategy.
  • Lead and manage talent management processes to ensure effective resourcing, development, pipeline maintenance, and optimal career management across Customer Operations and Business Operations with a focus on diversity and inclusion. Activate and deploy the global Talent programs adapting to the functions’ talent needs.
  • Contribute to #1 Supplier Agenda by ensuring focused Capability Building.
  • Collaborate with the business for the creation of a high-performance culture enabled by psychological safety.
  • Support leaders in building their teams, enhance team effectiveness, and promote accountability. Work closely with external consultants on landing leadership development and other programs for the functions.
  • Utilize key HR tools, systems, and processes, including Workday/Core HR Systems, WebApp, Power BI, Univoice, and other related HR processes and tools.
  • Lead the delivery of, and compliance with, Unilever HR policies, processes, and local employment/labor legislation for all employees.
  • Generate meaningful data insights across various sources/platforms and convert these into actionable deliverables to support the People Strategy for the functions.
  • Manage the team of HRBPs in EU BG led markets and collaborate with the network of HRBPs across SC to identify the needs and provide regional solutions tailored for the employees across the region.
  • Bring the outside-in industries’ best practices and learnings for the functions and adapt/integrate them accordingly to our People interventions.

SKILLS YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • 10+ years of experience in HR related or SC functions
  • Preferred previous HRBP experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred
