You will collaborate with a variety of colleagues: You ask stakeholders about their goals, you discuss the best campaign set up with other campaign managers, and you obtain copy from writers and translators. You coordinate these activities, managing several projects simultaneously.

Our team works with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for email campaigns and Salesforce Personalization for in-product messages. If you have experience in these tools: great! If not, we’ll teach you.

Next to that your responsibilities include:

  • Determine customer segments and appropriate messages
  • Monitor the quality of communication materials according to guidelines
  • Create consistent user flows between digital touchpoints
  • Collaborate with functional and product experts
  • Align campaigns with marketing and customer journey owners
  • Continuously search for ways to improve
  • Take responsibility in reporting, follow-up and results
