Maak impact als Manager Digital Procurement Transformation

Lead your team to unprecedented performance, transforming the Source to Pay function through leading digital Procurement technologies. At Deloitte.

How do you do this?

  • Lead the design and delivery of end‑to‑end digital procurement transformation programs for Dutch and international clients.
  • Shape the future operating model, governance and policies for Source‑to‑Pay, challenging current ways of working using best practice and fit‑to‑standard principles.
  • Steer multi‑platform deliveries across leading solutions such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, JAGGAER, Ivalua, GEP and others, selecting the right toolset to meet client objectives.
  • Own solution architecture and integration design across ERP (e.g., SAP S/4HANA, Oracle), finance, tax, risk/compliance, supplier risk/sustainability, and analytics.
  • Guide product configuration and process design for sourcing, contracting, category management, supplier lifecycle management, procure‑to‑pay, e‑invoicing, services procurement and spend analytics.
  • Lead complex delivery lifecycle activities: programme planning, backlog management, testing, data migration, change management, deployment and hypercare.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams and vendors, ensuring delivery quality, governance, risk management and value realization.
  • Drive business development: identify opportunities, shape proposals, build business cases, deliver demos and proofs of concept.
  • Contribute to practice eminence through thought leadership, market events and the ongoing development of our Digital Procurement proposition.
  • Build trusted, long‑term client relationships and act as a strategic adviser to senior stakeholders.

What’s in it for you?

  • Je deelt bij ons mee in de winst. Boven op een vast salaris. Altijd blijven groeien. Met ons development program. Vergoeding om je thuiswerkplek op een ergonomisch verantwoorde manier in te richten én een internetvergoeding. Parttime (32 uur) of fulltime (40 uur) werken.

Be the true you

Naturally you look at topics from different perspectives and learn from each situation. You are not afraid to challenge our clients, and you understand clearly why digital procurement programs are business transformations, not “IT implementations”. But most importantly, be the true you. The one and only you. With your personal strengths, view of the world and unique personality. You need the following qualifications for the position of Manager Digital Procurement Transformation:

  • A university Master’s or bachelor's degree;
  • A minimum of 7 years’ relevant experience in Sourcing & Procurement, with demonstrable consulting experience leading digital procurement transformations.
  • End to end implementation experience on at least two leading platforms (e.g., SAP Ariba, Coupa, JAGGAER, Ivalua, GEP), covering design, build, test and deployment.
  • Proven leadership of complex, multi‑country or multi‑vendor programs, applying Agile or hybrid delivery methods and robust programme management.
  • Deep knowledge of Source‑to‑Pay processes and controls: sourcing, contracting, category management, supplier lifecycle & performance, risk & sustainability, procure‑to‑pay and e‑invoicing.
  • Strong solution architecture awareness, including integrations, data model and master data, supplier data and taxonomy, security, compliance and auditability.
  • Ability to translate business objectives into fit‑to‑standard process designs and product configurations, balancing user experience, control and value realization
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and facilitate challenging discussions.
  • Business development experience, including shaping proposals, estimating, pricing and creating value cases.
  • An excellent command of English; Dutch is an advantage.
  • You currently reside in the Netherlands (Netherlands residency required) and hold the right to work here.
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally when required.
