Accelerate Learning, Development, and Performance at Nedap

You don’t simply build learning solutions. You create the conditions in which people, teams, and organizations can accelerate their learning, development, and performance.

As a Learning Business Partner, you act as a strategic sparring partner for business leaders, captains, HR Business Partners, and other key stakeholders. You organize learning not as a goal in itself, but as a lever for leadership, technological innovation, and value creation. You accelerate the development of both people and the organization by designing, orchestrating, and influencing; rather than doing everything yourself. You know exactly when to push, slow down, or recalibrate. You ask sharp questions, think from a holistic perspective, and are used to working with strong-minded stakeholders. You collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, business leaders, and team captains to realize the most effective learning solutions for our colleagues.

Your responsibilities

  • Ensure learning is smartly organized, scalable, and sustainable, aligned with strategic goals and day-to-day reality.
  • Develop and implement tailor-made programs within, among others, our Leadership Academy and Tech Academy, including social and on-the-job learning interventions such as communities of practice and performance support tools.
  • Further develop our learning ecosystem, focusing on scalability, AI integration, skills-based learning, and employee ownership.
  • Act as a connector between business, HR Business Partners, and external partners to continuously improve development solutions.
  • Initiate and lead improvement initiatives in the continuous development of our expertise team.

Your team

You will be part of Nedap’s enthusiastic HR team and report directly to the HR Director. Together with a Learning Consultant and a Support Officer, you will further develop Learning & Development within the organization. As a senior, you are also expected to take on a mentoring role.

Our offer

As a Learning Business Partner at Nedap, you make a valuable contribution to our mission: helping people become happier and more successful in their professional lives. We offer a salary between €4,451 and €6,530 per month based on a [38]-hour work week. In addition, you are entitled to a thirteenth month, a solid pension plan, and profit sharing with the opportunity to become a Nedap shareholder. At Nedap, everything revolves around trust and autonomy. That’s why you decide your own working hours and vacation days. We also place great importance on personal and professional growth. You’ll receive a comprehensive introduction and we actively encourage you to continuously develop yourself.

Required experience and skills

You are a pioneer: someone who thrives on taking action, moving forward, and getting things done. You dare to make decisions, are entrepreneurial and creative. Conceptually strong, with a sharp eye for organizational context. You move flexibly with change and confidently provide both solicited and unsolicited advice in your area of expertise.

You bring

  • A completed master’s degree, with a strong foundation in change management, organizational sciences, or behavioral sciences.
  • At least 7 years of relevant experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or HR Business Partnership, preferably within a tech- or knowledge-intensive environment.
  • Proven consultancy skills, gained in both internal and external advisory roles.
  • Experience in developing learning strategies and architectures.
  • A tech-savvy mindset and knowledge of Learning & HR Technology.

Nice-to-haves (not mandatory): experience as a facilitator, and knowledge of change management, behavioral psychology, or systemic approaches.
