Supply Planning Specialist

As a Supply Planning Specialist, you’ll be part of a dynamic team that keeps our supply chain running smoothly. From managing stock levels with our third-party logistics partners to optimizing packaging and conversion operations, your work will have a direct impact on customer satisfaction and business success.

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Ensure adequate stock levels in different formats to fulfil customer orders
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, acting as the expert in solving inventory issues and providing key analytical data and information
• Actively manage inventory reporting
• Track inventory performance (KPI targets vs actual) and identify improvement opportunities
• Lead small projects and continuously improve processes

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a similar field
• Initial experience in a Supply Chain role, including inventory management or materials planning
• FMCG experience is preferred
• First Project Management experience
• Functional knowledge of planning systems
• Strong communication and customer service skills to build relationships and solve problems
