Join Our Quality Assurance Team at Rituals

Rituals is seeking a Textile Quality Assurance & Technical Manager to enhance our Quality Assurance Team. In this new role, you’ll combine textile engineering expertise with product development and supplier collaboration, safeguarding the quality of our textile assortment, home decoration products, and shop wear/uniform collections.

Your impact:

  • Lead global quality processes across textiles, home decoration, and shop wear.
  • Analyze designs for feasibility, conducting risk assessments and proposing technical solutions.
  • Oversee multi-sourcing and production transfers, ensuring product integrity across categories.
  • Validate packaging and testing protocols to meet international quality and regulatory standards.
  • Define product specifications with suppliers, ensuring compliance with functional testing methods.
  • Manage and validate technical documentation in our master data system (STEP).
  • Support innovation teams by advising on textiles, decoration, and uniform quality.
  • Resolve supplier quality issues, lead CAPA processes, and perform root cause analyses.
  • Translate customer feedback, complaints, and returns into KPI reporting and supplier evaluations.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Textile Engineering or related field.
  • 8+ years’ experience in product development and quality assurance for textiles, home décor, or apparel.
  • Strong knowledge of textile materials, textile production, and finishing techniques.
  • Experience with quality management systems (CAPA, ISO, GMP, FMEA, HACCP).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and challenge suppliers constructively.
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and effective in an international environment.
  • Fluent in English (extra languages are a plus).
