Join the team that builds the experience marketplace every fan loves!

At TicketSwap, we’re on a mission to become the world’s favorite marketplace for safely buying and selling tickets. With 16M fans across 36 countries, we’re growing fast — and organic growth is at the core of our strategy.

We’re looking for an experienced freelance Product Manager to join us for the rest of the year. You’ll execute on our SEO and organic growth roadmap while making sure every initiative clearly connects back to company growth goals. This is an interim role, bridging the gap until we hire a permanent Product Manager in this area.

It would be your mission to execute and optimize our SEO roadmap to drive sustainable organic growth — implementing scalable strategies while ensuring alignment between roadmap tasks and TicketSwap’s company goals.

What you’ll do

  • Execute and refine the existing SEO and organic growth roadmap.
  • Translate the roadmap into clear initiatives that contribute to company growth.
  • Implement scalable SEO strategies that work across multiple markets, including hyperlocal approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineers, Designers, Data Analysts, and Marketing to deliver on priorities.
  • Balance technical SEO requirements with user experience and site performance.
  • Track and own key SEO and growth KPIs to demonstrate business impact.
  • Manage stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and Marketing to keep alignment.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and optimize organic growth initiatives.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience as a Product Manager or SEO Product Owner, ideally 3+ years in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong hands-on SEO expertise: technical SEO, site architecture, indexing, crawlability, performance optimisation.
  • Experience implementing SEO strategies at scale, across multiple markets and languages.
  • Excellent communication skills: able to align commercial, product, and engineering stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong prioritisation skills.
  • Proactive, structured, and able to drive projects forward independently.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with analytics, tracking, and A/B testing tools.
  • Marketplace or ticketing industry knowledge.

Why join (freelance role)

  • Impact: Lead critical SEO initiatives at scale for a fast-growing marketplace.
  • Execution & strategy: Shape how task-level work connects to company-wide growth.
  • Collaboration: Work with passionate teams across Product, Engineering, and Marketing.
  • Flexibility: Freelance contract for a minimum of 3 months, 3 days per week, in-office preferred (Amsterdam), hybrid possible.
  • Visibility: Your work will directly influence millions of fans worldwide.

TicketSwap is looking for the best and motivated talent out there no matter your nationality, gender, sexual preference or religious beliefs. 🚀

Research shows that women and those in traditionally underrepresented groups tend to apply only if they check all the boxes. That’s a shame, as we want to build a diverse and inclusive team. If you know you’ve got what it takes but don’t quite meet every requirement for the role, we still encourage you to apply.

Join the TicketSwap team!

We are committed to creating and sustaining and open and supportive work environment. This includes equal opportunity in hiring, promotions and personal development within the company, regardless of one’s sexual orientation, gender identity or expression.
