The Opportunity

We’re looking for an exceptional domain Staff Product Manager to join our Product Team, home to all things product at Urban Sports Club. This is a senior individual contributor (IC) role in our Expert Track, designed for product leaders who want to drive impact through hands-on execution and strategic influence but do so without direct people management.

In this role you’ll lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives across our member journey, from acquisition and onboarding to search and discovery, to booking, check-in and retention, among other key member experience strategic initiatives. You’ll be a force multiplier across teams, driving clarity in ambiguous problem spaces and setting the bar for product excellence in our app and web platforms.

You’ll work closely with engineers, designers, analysts, and researchers, and partner with other product leaders to shape how millions of members discover and enjoy their sport experience every day. As a senior individual contributor you’ll also coach other PMs, drive cross-hive initiatives and help shape our product culture.

What you will do

• You will provide end-to-end product leadership for high-impact initiatives across the Member, Partner and Corporate domains.
• Execute our company strategy, vision, and roadmaps within a domain, while deeply collaborate with your peers to ensure a cohesive user experience.
• You will own key business and customer outcomes: define success metrics, set clear goals and drive teams to execute against OKRs.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment, prioritisation and delivery against company goals.
• You’ll mentor mid-level and senior PMs and elevate product practices across the Product Management function.

What you'll need to succeed

• You bring 9+ years in Product Management with significant experience leading consumer-facing mobile products end-to-end.
• A strong track record of delivering measurable business impact through thoughtful, iterative product development.
• Deep product execution skills, you know how to ship fast without compromising quality or user experience.
• You’re an expert in product discovery, user research, A/B testing, and using data to inform decisions
• Strong technical fluency, you can talk APIs, software architectures and platform trade-offs with engineers.
• Experience navigating complex organisational environments and leading without formal authority.
• You demonstrate a strong ownership mentality, you don’t just ship features, you drive outcomes.
• You’re passionate about mentoring others and fostering a culture of continuous learning and product excellence
