Commerce / Martech Delivery Lead

The Work

As a Commerce/Martech Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the delivery and project management of projects executed under responsibility of Accenture. Your experience working in multi-disciplinary and distributed agile teams across E-commerce, Sales, Customer Experience and Digital Marketing helps you to deliver digital innovation to Accenture’s clients. On top of that, you’re working with our management team to initiate and develop new business at (potential) clients and bring your expertise to further build our capabilities in composable commerce and commerce strategy.

• People Our Commerce team is part of Accenture Song, Accenture’s creative engine, and consists of 40 colleagues in The Netherlands. We are working on projects at various international clients, and see each other every week at our office for formal and informal events. Additionally, we work with our colleagues and partners abroad located across the globe.
• Processes You are responsible for the delivery of our digital projects, incl. contracting and financials, and can independently manage client and technical teams across various activities, from business case development to implementation. Within our Commerce team, as a management team member you will take on roles to grow our business and develop offerings and capabilities to support clients.
• Technology We always look for innovative solutions to improve our client's customer experience and growth and we do so by combining business with technology. Depending on the client we work with and the project we work on, we work with various tools, systems and platforms with a main focus on commerce, marketing and CRM platforms, combined with Generative AI and Applied intelligence.
• Data Sales and commerce related data are part of your daily work, and together with Data & AI specialists you will also support clients with broader data-driven strategy and solutions
