We believe in the power of simplicity and elegance, and that philosophy extends to our Supply Chain Department. Our primary goal is to ensure the timely production, availability, and delivery of Rituals products. We aim to create a seamless journey so that our customers can find their favourites on the shelves of their preferred Rituals shop.

As a company, we continue to grow, and growth brings new challenges. Luckily, we’re committed to come up with smart and streamlined solutions. We aim to open 100-150 new shops each year, and our Supply Chain Department plays a key role in this ambitious target. Our guiding motto is: “Supply Chain will never be the bottleneck for growth.” That’s why we’re investing in supplier capacity, state of the art systems, future-proof scalable processes and implementing smart automation. We're excited about the challenges presented by new technologies like Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence and our commitment to achieve our Net Zero goals. This keeps us on our toes, constantly adapting and innovating.

SHARE YOUR TALENTS

As a Supply Chain Trainee, you’ll join a 2-year development program made up of three rotations of 8 months. Each rotation offers you a deep dive into a different part of our fast-growing supply chain organization. Areas you may explore include:

• Demand & Supply Planning
• Retail Replenishment
• Logistics
• Process Improvement & Data Analytics

From day one, you’ll contribute to the core operations and continuous business improvements, work alongside experienced professionals, and build the foundation for a meaningful career in supply chain.

• You hold (or will hold) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related field by February 2026
• You are curious, analytical, and ready to take initiative
• You enjoy working with data and collaborating in a team
• You are fluent in English
• You do not have more than 1 year of work experience.
• You identify with Rituals’ culture
