Job Description
In this role you will provide actionable insights for marketing teams around how to drive success across the marketing funnel for Healthcare businesses. You will oversee and drive end-to-end analysis and insights from tactical marketing funnel activity. Providing hands-on expertise around key marketing platforms, working as part of a cross-functional marketing team, bringing insights into how to improve the effectiveness and influence of marketing tactics across the customer journey with different marketing and sales disciplines (e.g. events, digital, CRM, sales).
Your role
Funnel Analytics and Attribution
Develop and maintain comprehensive end-to-end funnel dashboards covering digital, events and partner marketing
Build data models to track campaign influence, lead progression and opportunity creation using SFDC as the source of truth
Support multi-touch attribution frameworks and marketing mix modeling creation
SFDC Data Strategy
Own the extraction, transformation and analysis of marketing relevant SFDC objects (e.g. Leads, Contacts, Campaigns, Opportunities)
Partner with Sales Operations teams to ensure data quality, consistency and correct mapping of marketing activities within SFDC
Insight Generation
Identify gaps, bottlenecks and conversion rate trends within the funnel to guide marketing investments and strategy
Provide ad hoc and scheduled reporting on campaign effectiveness related to pipeline velocity and revenue generation
You´re the right fit if
Experienced in digital and marketing analytics and in particular with measuring marketing effectiveness and driving continuous improvement actions collaboratively with other teams
Expertise in digital marketing tools that can be used to enhance analysis (Sales Force, ELOQUA, Google Analytics, SEMrush etc)
Experienced in providing insights that help drive improved marketing effectiveness with B2B customers or within the Healthcare industry
Results-driven with a strong analytical mindset and passion for increasing marketing and business performance
Strong attention to quality and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Fluency in English
