About the team

Global IAM Regional Marketing is seeking an experienced customer and partner marketer to join the team, covering EMEA.

About your future job

We are seeking an ambitious, bright and high-energy Regional Marketing Manager (EMEA) to join our high-performing team at the forefront of cybersecurity innovation to help drive our next phase of growth across the EMEA markets. This role is ideal for a rising star in tech marketing who combines strategic acumen with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and who thrives in a fast-paced, international environment. You will bring not only strong marketing execution and strategy—but also deep understanding of the cybersecurity landscape. As a key marketing manager for the European region, you will drive customer engagement, partner enablement, and segment growth for our IAM portfolio. You will play a critical role in shaping the way our brand connects with diverse European audiences—from head of digital and IT leaders to channel partners and enterprise buyers—across multiple countries and cultures.

More details about the job:

You’ll be working directly with sales, partner and customer success teams contributing to business growth by running successful in person and virtual events in EMEA, increasing customer advocacy (including referrals, written and video testimonials, references), identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and increasing loyalty and retention, while enabling and engaging the existing partner ecosystem to create and land up & cross sell & footprint growth.

You are a relationship builder and creative marketer who can work independently, but also know the importance of collaborating with your marketing team and other departments (procurement, creative services external vendors, etc) to create an incredible customer and partner experience and reach business goals.

What you’ll do:

  • Customer Marketing:
Design and execute integrated campaigns that nurture our customer base and drive product adoption, upsell opportunities, and advocacy.
  • Partner Marketing:
Build joint marketing strategies with key channel and technology partners to generate demand, increase co-branding impact, and support regional revenue goals.
  • Segment Marketing:
Localize global messaging and develop segment-specific content and campaigns tailored to industry verticals and market maturity across EMEA.
  • Cross-Functional Teams:
Collaborate closely with global product marketing, sales, customer success, field teams, and the partner ecosystem to align go-to-market plans with strategic priorities.
  • Performance & Insights:
Use data to track campaign effectiveness, optimize program performance, and continuously evolve tactics based on regional feedback and KPIs (i.e. Marketing Sourced Pipeline, Bookings, and others).

About You:

  • 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience in the tech sector, with at least 2 years working at a cybersecurity or IAM-focused company.
  • Proven experience across customer marketing, partner marketing, and segment marketing in a regional or field marketing capacity.
  • Strong understanding of the IAM buyer journey, and ability to communicate technical value propositions to business and technical audiences.
  • Naturally collaborative and personable—able to build relationships across cultures, functions, and time zones.
  • You combine strategic thinking with operational execution, and are energized by autonomy, ownership, and impact.
  • Fluent in English; additional European language(s) (German, French) a plus
  • Highly motivated, with a growth mindset and leadership potential.

What's in it for you

  • A challenging job in a great team within our high-tech, innovative work environment. Includes the freedom for initiative and good ideas.
  • Room for personal and professional growth within our organisation, for example in regards to technical, commercial or international skills.
  • Valuable international collaboration with coworkers from 68 different countries around the globe.

  • You can usually work where and when you want to be able to do your work as well and efficiently as possible. Within Thales we implement hybrid working, where you can, for example, work from home two days a week if your role allows it.
  • A good salary, fitting travel allowance, and the ability to personalise your employment conditions: for instance, you can trade days off for internet costs, our bicycle plan, company fitness and relocation costs.
