Your Mission, Should You Choose To Accept It…

At The Social Hub, we’re on a mission to redefine hospitality through our five pillars: Hotel Stay, Student Stay, F&B, Co-Working, and Meeting & Events (M&E). With 21 hubs across Europe (and more on the way), our ambition is to turn M&E into a fully scalable, guest-loved, and commercially strong growth pillar.

That’s where you come in. We’re looking for an experienced Meeting & Events Consultant who can help us shape the future of M&E at TSH. You’ll review our current strategy, challenge our ways of working, and design a blueprint for scalable success across all our hubs. From defining a tiered product structure to creating a strong commercial strategy, you’ll bring clarity, consistency, and creativity to one of our most exciting growth areas.

This is a short-term, full-time consultancy project starting as soon as possible. Remote work is possible, with occasional travel to our hubs and Amsterdam HQ.

In Case You Don’t Know Who We Are…

Known for shaking up the rules of hospitality, The Social Hub is a place where guests, students, digital nomads, business professionals, and locals meet, stay, work, and play. We’re more than just a hotel—we’re a community. And we believe Meeting & Events should be a cornerstone of that experience: from small team offsites to international conferences, we want to deliver inspiring, seamless, and scalable events that reflect our brand DNA.

What You’ll Do

  • Assess the full M&E funnel (from awareness to aftersales) and identify both quick wins and long-term improvements.
  • Develop a standardized product framework (tiered packages, layouts, AV, services) that works across multiple hubs.
  • Define clear sales and booking processes, including the role of direct bookings, tailor-made events, and third-party platforms.
  • Recommend improvements for our tech stack (Event Temple, Salesforce) and digital booking tools.
  • Shape scalable operational workflows and team structures—balancing central vs. local responsibilities.
  • Build a data-driven business case with volume/capacity modeling, ROI analysis, and KPIs.
  • Propose strategies for aftersales and rebooking to turn events into long-term partnerships.

Who You Are

  • A seasoned M&E professional with 10+ years of experience in multi-location event strategy and operations, ideally in large M&E-driven hotels or hospitality groups.
  • Commercially sharp, with a proven track record of boosting M&E performance and leading transformation projects.
  • Skilled at balancing product, operational, and sales needs—always with a guest-first mindset.
  • Data-driven and pragmatic, comfortable building business cases, KPI frameworks, and scalable models.
  • A strong communicator who knows how to align diverse stakeholders and drive adoption.
  • Familiarity with Event Temple and Salesforce is a plus.

What We Offer

  • The opportunity to work at a dynamic, multi-national company. Not just another hotel - we’re a game changing innovator, challenging every convention and defining the future
  • The opportunity to work for a Certified B Corp® company that balances profit with positive impact, collaborating with organizations like Movement on the Ground and the TSH Talent Foundation to create meaningful change

Who you are, is how we want you to be. To us, hybrid hospitality goes across the board, from how we service our guests to how we represent ourselves. Here, everyone belongs, and we welcome people no matter their nationality, gender, age, sexual orientation, religion or culture. Your authenticity keeps our team diverse. Come as you are.

The Social Hub is much more than a hotel. In our boundary-blurring spaces we bring together a new generation of bold change-makers to connect, learn, stay, work, and play. Creating memorable experiences for our community of hotel guests, students, creatives, enterprising minds and anyone in between.
