Who we are

We are an IB continuum school offering the Primary Years Programme (PYP), Middle Years Programme (MYP), and Diploma Programme (DP). We are a community of around 1100 students and 185 staff members from all over the world. ISU is a member of the Dutch International Schools (DIS), a group of government-subsidised schools providing internationally oriented primary and/or secondary education. As such, ISU is part of two collaborating school boards, SPO Utrecht (primary) and Nuovo Scholen (secondary).

Vacancy

The International School Utrecht is looking for a PYP Music Teacher with experience in the International Baccalaureate.

Qualifications and experience:

• A primary teaching qualification (DUO recognised)
• Experience teaching IB PYP is preferred
• A strong musical knowledge with proficiency in singing, instrumental performance, and music theory.
• A variety of teaching methods such as Orff, Kodály, or other child-centered approaches.
• Knowledge and understanding of inquiry-based teaching
