Join Our Team as a Supplier Specialist

Job Description

As a Supplier Specialist, you will oversee a portion of the supplier portfolio providing temporary labor to our client. You will manage supplier relationships, ensure efficient contracting, and maintain existing agreements. Collaborating with high-level stakeholder managers, recruiters, procurement, and HR, you will secure optimal agreements with suppliers while driving service excellence and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients, and colleagues to foster collaboration and drive supplier performance.
  • Create and manage an efficient supplier portfolio, focusing on recruitment and temporary labor management.
  • Engage with high-level stakeholder managers to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Oversee daily operational processes with internal clients and suppliers.

Contracting

  • Develop, implement, and support supplier portfolio activities in collaboration with the Team Lead Supplier Management.
  • Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, including setting up effective SLA’s and KPI’s.
  • Organize cross-functional review meetings to enhance supplier performance and reduce costs.
  • Manage operational processes related to rates, terms, and conditions.

Other Responsibilities

  • Gather and analyze market intelligence on suppliers and supplier management.
  • Collect and interpret internal and external data to inform decision-making.
  • Develop management reporting and insights.
  • Lead and execute improvement projects to optimize supplier management processes.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR, Business Economics, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of relevant experience in supplier management, procurement, or contingent workforce management.
  • Proven experience working with high-level stakeholder managers.
  • Strong knowledge of the temporary labor market and corporate services sourcing.
  • Commercially driven with a passion for negotiation and handling challenging situations.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with suppliers, clients, and colleagues.
  • Flexible, proactive, and ambitious mindset focused on driving service excellence.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English.
