Creating best-in-class supplier management capabilities in an organization that is still discovering how to maximize the benefits of strategic procurement. How do you implement sophisticated SRM frameworks when some stakeholders may still view suppliers as cost drivers rather than value-adding partners? You’ll navigate a complex landscape where high-impact suppliers affect multiple teams, each with unique priorities and procurement maturity levels. The ultimate test? Building governance structures that are robust enough to manage supplier risk yet flexible enough to foster innovation.

What you'll do as Supplier Relationship & Contract Manager

As the mastermind behind our strategic supplier relationships, you’ll reinvent how bol engages with its critical supplier base. Within this newly created department of the Procurement function, you’re reporting to Manager SRM & Sustainable Procurement, you’ll be the outspoken guardian of supplier governance and the primary architect of value-adding partnerships. Without direct reports but wielding extensive enterprise-wide influence, you’ll shape how every team approaches supplier relationships.

You’ll develop and implement cohesive SRM frameworks that transform ad-hoc supplier interactions into structured avenues for value creation. This entails designing performance scorecards, leading business review meetings, and creating escalation protocols that maintain positive and productive relationships. You’ll oversee cross-functional suppliers that impact multiple teams, ensuring consistent governance and optimizing value capture. Your contract management expertise means new contracts don’t just protect us legally but actively drive performance improvement. You’ll build the tools, templates, and processes that mature procurement, making excellence reproducible instead of accidental. Your key responsibilities include:

• Design and implement enterprise-wide SRM frameworks and governance structures
• Manage the performance of strategic and cross-functional suppliers
• Develop contract lifecycle management processes that maximize value realization
• Create tools and templates that standardize excellence across procurement operations
• Act as a trusted business advisor on supplier strategy, risk, and relationship management
• Coordinate the governance of non-financial supplier risks across the organization
• Drive supplier innovation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Build procurement maturity through knowledge leadership and best practices
