As Coty accelerates its HR Transformation, the Senior manager HR Transformation – Finance plays a pivotal role in translating strategic design into operational execution. This role enables the successful deployment of the new operating model by supporting the transformation agenda across Finance.
The role balances strategic direction with practical ambition, mid-level complexity, pace, and cross-functional dependency, ensuring solutions are aligned, scalable, and embedded. As our Senior Manager, HR Transformation – Finance, you are responsible for design, deployment, and change. To do this effectively, you will also contribute a portion of activities to support the overall HR transformation lead.
In this role, your activities ranges from contributing and translation HR transformation strategy into execution by shaping organization design, role clarity, grading, talent deployment, and change enablement. You will also define governance structures, monitor KPIs, and coordinate labor/employee relations processes, ensuring consistency across functions and regions. The role reports into the HR Lead for finance transformation.

As an experienced HR Business Partner, you have a proven track record in leading transformation and transition initiatives, translating strategic priorities into practical, impactful HR solutions.
Collaborative and people-focused, you excel at building strong relationships, thinking creatively, and delivering solutions that drive meaningful change. With strong business acumen and the ability to navigate an agile, international environment, you adapt your communication style to engage confidently with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
