The opportunity
As our Sales Development Representative (all genders) in our Corporate Sales Team you play a key role in the success of Urban Sports Club. You are the first point of contact for potential B2B customers who are interested in a partnership with us. Join our team and help us continue to inspire people to live active and healthy lives.
What you will do
- Advise new B2B customers on the phone as the first point of contact
- Identify customer needs and qualify leads from inbound, outbound, and marketing campaigns
- Build and expand your own lead pipeline through active outbound activities (phone, email, social media, network)
- Prepare appointments for your colleagues in sales
- Document and maintain our CRM database
- Participate in industry and networking events to expand your network and increase company awareness
What you will need to succeed
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales or sales development form the basis of your expertise.
- Excellent communication in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, comes naturally to you, while German is a welcome addition.
- Natural persuasiveness, strong consultative skills, and an authentic demeanor help you connect with customers.
- Strong organization and reliable time management enable you to prioritize effectively.
- As a true team player, you take responsibility, show empathy, and enjoy sharing your knowledge.
- High motivation, perseverance, and eagerness to learn drive you to grow every day.

A BETTER WAY.
Waarom is het soms toch zo moeilijk om te gaan sporten. Heb je echt nooit tijd? Belangrijk genoeg toch, je lekker voelen en gezond blijven. Heel veel mensen gaan weer sporten omdat het ‘moet’.
