About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Quality team as a Quality Engineer (DSE) - Marketing Assistant. This position is ideal for a recent graduate looking to start a career in market analysis and support functions within the automotive sector.

In this role, you will:

• Analyze dealer service performance across various European markets.
• Monitor and report on competitor activity, with a focus on sales service levels and store quality.
• Conduct mystery shopping activities and on-site observations—frequent European travel is required.
• Identify market trends and service gaps using data analysis techniques.
• Develop visual dashboards and analytical reports using Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Deliver engaging, well-structured presentations to internal stakeholders and team members.

Candidate Profile

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is fluent in English and either German or French.
• Has strong analytical and observational skills.
• Demonstrates proficiency in Excel and Power BI, especially for data analysis and reporting.
• Communicates clearly and confidently with diverse stakeholders.
• Is highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Is willing to travel frequently across Europe for field research and data collection.
