At HelloFresh, we’re on a mission to change the way people eat—forever. With our own fleet expanding across the Benelux and France, we’re looking for a Fleet Performance Intern who is eager to learn how to enhance the performance, reliability, and scalability of our operations.

You’ll be joining a collaborative, international team where you’ll work on everything from documenting processes to analyzing data trends and supporting improvement initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience in both operational and strategic aspects of fleet management, while contributing to our Nexus strategy and sustainability goals.

Practical details

  • Start date: September 2025
  • Duration: 5–6 months (full-time)
  • Location: Amsterdam HQ with weekly on-site day at our hub in Duiven (Wednesdays)
  • Compensation: €700 p/month, based on a 40-hour work week

🥑 This is how you’ll make an impact

  • Support the team in documenting operational processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to improve onboarding, knowledge sharing, and process consistency across regions.
  • Assist in analyzing fleet performance data and help identify improvement opportunities.
  • Contribute to ad-hoc reporting tasks to provide insights for both operational and strategic decision-making.
  • Learn to work with and improve performance dashboards and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Tableau, SQL), and support the creation of small automations to reduce manual work and errors.
  • Join cross-functional discussions with Fleet Coordinators, OEM partners, and suppliers to understand challenges and propose solutions.
  • Gain exposure to both day-to-day operations and longer-term planning.
  • Work closely with colleagues from the Netherlands, Belgium, and France, learning how operational differences influence fleet management.

You are…

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, Data Science, or a related field (open to different study backgrounds if you have the right skills).
  • Interested in both data-driven analysis and process improvement.
  • Comfortable with Excel or Google Sheets (experience with SQL, Python, or Tableau is a plus but not required).
  • A clear communicator with strong collaboration and change management skills; able to work with stakeholders who have different working styles and backgrounds.
  • Proactive, independent, and eager to take ownership of tasks.
  • Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus.

  • How fleet performance impacts operational efficiency in a fast-paced, high-growth logistics environment.

  • How operational processes differ across markets, and how to standardize them without losing local efficiency.
