Internship

We are looking for an Intern to join our Amsterdam Office! 4-6 months.

At Eastbound Equity, we work closely with leading Private Equity, Venture Capital, and Hedge Fund managers across the globe, connecting them with institutional capital. We are looking for motivated, curious, and driven individuals to join us as interns and gain hands-on exposure to the world of deal sourcing, fundraising and institutional relationship management.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A strong interest in finance and investing – particularly in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, and alternative investments.
• Academic foundation in finance, economics, business, or a related field.
• Analytical skills – ability to assess information, research markets, and synthesize data into clear insights.
• Communication skills – comfortable interacting with investors, fund managers, and senior stakeholders.
• Proactive attitude – eager to take ownership of tasks and contribute ideas.
• Global mindset – interest in international markets and cross-border transactions.

Since Eastbound Equity is based in Singapore, the contract would be on a freelance basis, and you would need to send your own invoices.
