Communications and training specialist intern

We offer a Communications and training specialist intern for a motivated student with a passion for communication, project coordination and digital tooling. You will work 32 hours per week, of which approximately 50% will be in the office. A monthly internship allowance of €320 is offered.

During your internship, you will support and contribute to a wide variety of internal projects and communication initiatives, including:

· Gather information on the main updates accross team members on a monthly basis and structure it in the form of a monthly department newsletter to share within the B&I organization

· Build presentations for the Company leadership team based on the most recent numbers and figures available in the different systems and incorporating management guidelines.

· Schedule and build quarterly updates with regional heads and Ebusiness management, and lead those meetings, facilitating them and capturing crucial inputs.

· Schedule and plan monthly and quarterly team meetings and come up with funny and innovative ways to capture people’s inputs, either via surveys, live contests, q&as etc…

· Maintain, structure and own the sharepoint activities of the Ebusiness team, including the onboarding material for new employees and the working folders of each sub team

· Own the Updating process of the Wavin Digital academy, a repository of training material on our digital channels, which functions a bit like a “ Linkedin learning” course. Ensure content is up to date, tracking of the certified people at global level…

Ideally, you identify yourself in the following qualifications:

· You are a senior year HBO student

· You study in the field of Communication, Business Administration, or a similar discipline

· You are proactive, organized, digitally savvy, and like to work both independently and in a team

· You are fluent in Dutch and English

· You are available for at least 32 hours per week
