Your Mission

As the Product Manager for Professional & Partner Services, your mission is to launch and scale a new international service proposition for independent professionals and suppliers. Providing services throight the entire customer journey on Striive, addressing ánd solving real problems that professionals and suppliers are willing to pay for. You will start with creating a proposition for US, UK, and APAC markets while iterating on existing services in the Netherlands.

You will dive deep to solving the real-world problems our partners face: navigating compliance, gaining actionable insights from data, finding new opportunities, and unburdening them with essential services like insurance or learning and development. Your ultimate goal is to build a suite of services so valuable that it becomes an indispensable part of their business—and to create a powerful, supply-side monetization engine that works for our business.

How We Work

You'll join one of our six cross-functional product teams. Each team has a clear mission, a dedicated Product Designer, Analyst, and Engineers, and the autonomy to solve problems in the best way they see fit. We practice continuous discovery and delivery, working in tight collaboration with our users and stakeholders. You'll have daily, intensive contact with the people you're building for, giving you the context you need to make great decisions.

The Professional & Partner Services team is foundational to our international growth. Your vision will be to create a platform that professionals and suppliers not only use but invest in because it tangibly grows and protects their business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the Outcome: Take full ownership of the value and business viability of your product area. You're responsible for the "why" and the "what," while your team collaborates on the "how."

  • Lead Continuous Discovery: Live with your customers. Lead interviews, discovery workshops, and experiments to uncover the most critical problems and opportunities to pursue.

  • Shape the Strategy: Define and communicate an outcome-oriented product strategy and roadmap. You'll align the team and stakeholders around a compelling vision, not a list of features.

  • Drive Delivery & Iteration: Guide your team through the entire product development cycle—from validating solutions and managing risk to releasing value and iterating based on data and user feedback.

  • Champion Your Product: Be the chief evangelist for your product. You'll present demos, craft compelling product messaging, and ensure that what you build makes a measurable impact on our partners and our business.

What we expect from you

We're looking for a combination of craft, mindset, and experience. You'll likely have:

  • Proven Product Experience: 3–5 years as a Product Manager leading an empowered, cross-functional product team in an agile environment.

  • Mastery of Product Discovery: You have a toolbox of discovery techniques and know when and how to apply them. (Experience with modern ideation tools like V0, Replit, etc., is a plus).

  • Business & Customer Acumen: A deep-seated curiosity for both the user's problem and the business model required to solve it profitably. Experience with marketplaces or monetizing B2B/B2B2C services is a huge advantage.

  • Technical & Design Fluency: You're comfortable holding deep discussions with engineers about feasibility and with designers about user experience.

  • Data Savvy: You use data to find opportunities, make decisions, and measure success. (SQL knowledge is a plus).

  • Exceptional Communicator & Influencer: You are a strong storyteller who can inspire your team, manage stakeholders, and rally the company around your vision.

  • Entrepreneurial Mindset: You are proactive, autonomous, and decisive. You thrive in a scaling environment where you can build something from the ground up.

  • Domain knowledge of HR-tech is a plus but not required.

  • Living and working in the Netherlands: You must be resident in the Netherlands, near Hoofddorp, we work Hybrid so we welcome you at our office.
