As a Senior Product Manager for Payments, you'll lead the vision, strategy, and execution of our next-generation payments experience across web, mobile, and services. Working in an agile fintech environment, you’ll partner closely with designers, engineers, and banking clients to ship impactful features that delight users and drive measurable business value.

Together with the Engineering Manager, you form the leadership of the squads. While the EM focuses on timely delivery and technical quality, you are responsible for defining what we build, for whom, why, and in what order. At the same time, you ensure the product and its features are effectively showcased - through product demos, presentations, and marketing materials - owning the narrative from concept to go-to-market.

What you'll do

  • Own the Product Vision: Define and evolve the payments roadmap, aligning it with our digital banking strategy and long-term goals.
  • Turn Insights into Action: Translate user feedback, market trends, and client needs into clear, prioritized product requirements.
  • Drive Execution: Lead agile squads to deliver high-quality, timely product releases that solve real customer problems.
  • Engage Stakeholders: Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and executives to align priorities, manage expectations, and ensure successful adoption.
  • Lead with Purpose: Inspire and guide cross-functional teams, creating a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and a drive to keep improving.
  • Be the Face of the Product: Confidently represent the product in customer meetings, demos, and go-to-market activities - supporting sales efforts and ensuring the product is showcased in the best possible way.

Who you are

  • 10+ years in software development with at least 5 years in product management within fintech, banking, or digital platforms.
  • Strong domain expertise in Payments (e.g., Wires, ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, P2P, A2A, Bill pay, etc.).
  • Strategic thinker – you’ve successfully defined and driven the vision and roadmap for complex digital products, aligning them with business goals and customer needs.
  • Proven success in launching mobile/web/API-based products in agile environments (ideation → launch → iteration).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams, with a strategic mindset and hands-on delivery skills.

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management, including executive-level engagement.
