As Transaction Review Lead, you’ll take charge of key responsibilities that directly impact bunq’s security, compliance, and user trust.

Your key responsibilities:

• Stop suspicious transactions before they cause harm.
• Let real payments sail through without delay.
• Lead and coach the review team for speed and accuracy.
• Use data and AI to optimize workflows and reduce manual effort.
• Keep users clearly informed whenever reviews affect their account.

What you’ll work on right away:

• Lead high-stakes transaction monitoring operations.
• Improve review flows with data-driven decisions and automation.
• Manage sensitive cases (e.g. sanctions, suspicious activity).
• Align closely with compliance, legal, and ops.
• Strengthen the team’s judgment, quality, and performance.
