Enterprise Architect

As Enterprise Architect you will play a key role in ensuring our IT architecture is solid for today and ready for the innovations and challenges of tomorrow.

In this role you act as the strategic link between business and IT. You design, maintain and safeguard the enterprise architecture so that it aligns seamlessly with our organisational goals and drives digital transformation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture model across business, data, application and technology domains
• Translate strategic objectives into IT roadmaps and architecture plans
• Advise on technological choices
• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies ensuring smooth integration and security within our IT landscape
• Establish governance processes and ensure compliance with architecture principles
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders, translating technology trends into innovative opportunities

You will work closely with colleagues in IT, project managers, business owners and external vendors. Together you will make sure RAI Amsterdam is digitally ready for the events of the future.

What do you need to be successful in this role

• Academic working and thinking level (WO), preferably in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in an architecture role within a complex IT environment
• Proven experience with Azure cloud and enterprise-level architecture
• Knowledge of architecture frameworks such as TOGAF or ArchiMate
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent communication skills, able to explain complex topics clearly
• A sense of ownership, a results-oriented mindset and the drive to innovate
• Dutch language skills are not required but are an advantage

We offer

• A salary between €4.966 and €7.600 gross per month based on full-time employment and in line with scale 11
• A contract for 32 to 40 hours per week
• 27 vacation days and 13 ADV days based on full-time employment
